QRsafety.com collects information for the purpose of providing users a system to help them, and their employers, manage safety related data, safety certificates and personal emergency information. The site uses algorithms to recommend safety related reviews and training to the user and to groups of users within the same employer. QRsafety.com collects information required to identify supervisors of workers and job sites that workers are located. QRsafety may collect information on workers safety violations and tools, safety equipment that is provided to workers including when it was last inspected.
While using the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you. The users name and, employer is required to use the site. Additional information is optional. When you enter it, you are agreeing to having it collected and used in accordance with this policy. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
If a QR (quick response) code is requested in any form the QR code will require your user name and password to log in.
It is the user’s responsibility to manage their password.
QRsafety.com may only disclose your personal information if it is done for the same purpose that it was collected. Your personal information will not be used for another purpose unless we obtain your consent to do so or are otherwise required or authorized by law to do so.
